In order to expand our business capacity, we are looking for a Working student: Customer Care Agent (Czech & German speaking) (f/m/d), part time (20-30%): “Work-from-home” / remote job, perfectly suitable next to studies. We are hiring for this position in Germany. FAIRTIQ is proud to have a team of 14 students that work as agents for the customer care & fraud monitoring activities of the company. We are looking to expand the team.

Role & Duties

The role will be different depending on whether you are hired for customer care or for fraud monitoring.
You will be working on your own laptop, from home or from anywhere.
Customer care: Answer users requests, modify journeys and invoices, report potential issues to the correct department.
Fraud monitoring: contribute to the monitoring of fraudulent users and help keep the FAIRTIQ systems fraud free.
Attend regular calls & workshops.
Skills and personality

Very good spoken and written German and Czech language skills.
Very good spoken and written English language skills.
Customer- & client focused mindset.
Good team player in an agile team.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Good knowledge of public transport.
